Andrea Alexander

(Of Counsel)

Andrea began her career as an attorney nearly 20 years ago practicing civil litigation for a powerhouse litigation firm in Las Vegas, Nevada. In Las Vegas, Andrea’s practice focused on business litigation, complex civil litigation and products liability matters. When Andrea returned to California in 2006, she began her own litigation firm in Los Angeles focusing on business litigation, consumer litigation, and catastrophic injury matters. Since 2001, Andrea has tried dozens of cases to verdict, mediated over 100 matters, and handled the day-to-day management of countless litigation cases from the filing of the initial complaint or petition, through discovery, contested hearings, and settlement or trial.

Throughout her career, Andrea has also represented family law litigants, often in a pro bono capacity, as she has always felt a strong pull to using her education to help families through what is arguably the most difficult time in their lives. In 2017, Andrea met Richard Feuerstein when they collaborated as co-counsel on a San Diego family law matter. Andrea is now of counsel to Feuerstein, Murphy & Beals and has collaborated with the firm on dozens of family law matters bringing her extensive experience as a litigation attorney to the firm’s most contentious cases. Andrea focuses her practice at Feuerstein, Murphy & Beals on high net-worth divorce matters and challenging child custody matters. Andrea has four children of her own and draws from her experience as a mother and family law attorney to provide practical advice and solutions to her custody cases while always focusing on the interests of the children. Together, Andrea and Richard have tried several family law matters to verdict and recently achieved one of the highest child support awards in San Diego in an “Extraordinarily High Income Earner” paternity case.

Andrea is bilingual in Spanish and spends her free time with her family, traveling, and playing piano.
